Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours after processing with 95% of orders made before 3pm Monday to Friday being sent the same day. If your purchase is made on a Saturday or Sunday your product(s) will be sent the following working day.

Please allow a maximum of 3 working days for us to dispatch your order as occasionally delays may occur. Should the delay be longer than 3 working days we will contact you by email or phone to inform you about this and to give you the option to cancel your order.

Delivery Services

We use the Royal Mail First Class for orders up to 1kg and the UK Mail Courier for heavier or more valuable items. Both services offer Next Working Day Delivery. Orders dispatched via UK Mail are traceable and need to be signed for at the time of delivery.

Please make sure to select the correct region (1. UK Mainland, 2. Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland or 3. Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and all other islands). Wrongly selected delivery option may lead to delays. Difference in postage will be charged.

Packaging

All orders are sent in plain packaging, our shop name not being mentioned on it.
