* We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but if you wish to return your item for any reason please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We recommend that you use a traceable service when returning items to us as we can not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
* Unwanted items must be returned unopened in original packaging including any tags.
* Return postage costs are the customers responsibility.
IMPORTANT: Please contact us prior to returning any products. This will ensure your return is dealt with swiftly and appropriately. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Item(s) damaged in transit.
* On delivery of your goods please take time to check over your package and its contents. If your goods have been delivered by a courier and the packaging or contents are damaged please sign for your delivery as 'damaged' and notify us of any damaged item(s) by telephone or email within 48 hrs.
If the item(s) has been damaged in transit you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange. Please email us for a returns form and return it with the goods. We will exchange the item(s) as soon as we can.
Please note: due to the very fragile nature of HID and Fluorescent/CFL lights we cannot accept any responsibility for damage or breakage caused to it during transport.
* In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods from us then we will either refund in full or replace the faulty parts / item free of charge.
* Keep all the warranty information that accompanies your purchase as this may be needed should there be a fault. If you do have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.
* Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.
How to return items
1. Please include a note that tells us why you are returning the item(s).
2. Include all parts, accessories, packaging, instruction leaflets etc. that were sent with the product.
3. Ensure that products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you i.e. unused and not tampered with.
4. All promotional offers, i.e. buy one get one free, must be returned in their entirety.
5. Please send your item(s) to our contact address.
